What is in a UANLAUO box
- 10 panels and the joints that hold them square
- No mat: this pen stands on the floor you have
Putting it down
- Standing it up
- Panels and corner joints, a few minutes for one person
- What it stands on
- Your floor. There is no base in the box, so a mat underneath is the usual second purchase
- Clearance to leave
- Allow a hand's width around 67 inches of panel so the mesh is not pressed against a wall
No tools. The panels go together, the corners lock, and the suction cups underneath hold it against a smooth floor.

A mat is padding and a pen is a boundary. Neither is a sleep space: the federal definition of a play yard is a framed enclosure that includes a floor, and the enclosures here have no floor of their own. The Consumer Product Safety Commission asks parents to use products intended for sleep - a crib, a bassinet, a play yard or a bedside sleeper that meets federal requirements - and to move a baby to one of those if they fall asleep somewhere else. Neither a mat nor a pen replaces an adult in the room, and nothing on this site should be read as saying otherwise.
