What we can help with

Whether a mat clears a doorway, which footprint fits between a sofa and a radiator, what the difference is between two designs, why a figure on a page is not the figure at the checkout. Send the page you were on and the measurement you are working with and the answer will be a real one.

What we cannot help with

An order. We do not take them, so we cannot find one, change one, chase one or refund one. That is all with our retail partner, and the order page in your account there is the fastest route to it.

A wrong figure

Tell us the page and the number. A wrong measurement is a fault on our side, and it gets fixed on the next update rather than argued about.

How long

A couple of working days. There is no queue system, no ticket number and no automatic reply that says your message is important to us.
