Terms of Service

uanlauo.net is a catalog. It shows the UANLAUO range, describes it in our own words and prices, and sends you to our retail partner to buy. It is not a shop: it takes no orders, holds no stock, ships nothing and refunds nothing.

Prices and availability

The figures here come from our own catalog, which we update on a schedule. Between two updates a price moves, a color sells out, a size goes quiet. The figure at the checkout is the one that counts, and where the two disagree the checkout wins.

Buying

Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. The terms, the delivery estimate, the returns window and the customer service are all theirs, and any dispute about an order is between you and them.

What a mat and a pen are

A mat is padding and a pen is a boundary. Neither is a sleep space: the federal definition of a play yard is a framed enclosure that includes a floor, and the enclosures here have no floor of their own. The Consumer Product Safety Commission asks parents to use products intended for sleep - a crib, a bassinet, a play yard or a bedside sleeper that meets federal requirements - and to move a baby to one of those if they fall asleep somewhere else. Neither a mat nor a pen replaces an adult in the room, and nothing on this site should be read as saying otherwise.

The federal texts those two sentences come out of are linked in full on how we update the catalog, along with everything else this site quotes.

What is ours

The words on this site are written for it and the layout is ours. Product photographs belong to the brand and are shown here to describe what is being sold. Copying a page wholesale is not on. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and welcome.

Liability

We take care with every figure and correct the ones that turn out to be wrong. We cannot promise a page is free of error, and we are not liable for a decision made on one. Nothing here is advice about a particular child.
